Currently working in Laos (a small country to the east of Thailand) for MMG Ltd, a Chinese owned but Australian managed mining company, I am employed as Geology Superintendent, mainly involved in the day-to-day running of the open pit mines where copper and gold are extracted from the ground.

In my days off, I like to travel  the amazing world around me.  This site shows many of my favorite places in Antarctica, Kenya, Laos and many other countries. 

I am also a keen mineral collector, particularly of Australian minerals, and take pride in displaying my collection.

This site shows off some of my best mineral specimens, as well as showing specimens I currently have for sale or swap.
